今日も一日中寒い日になりましたが
相変わらずバレンテリアサービスは慌ただしくさせて頂いております！
そして相変わらずお客さん優先で写真を撮ることを忘れてます。。。
先日来店して頂きましたアルファロメオ１４７ＧＴＡのＬＥＤバルブへ変更作業。
の前にオイル、エレメント、バッテリー、サーモスタットの交換作業もあるので
まず、リフトアップ！！
オイルはいつも通りＮＵＴＥＣで！！
最近よく出ます、そしてジャガードタオルも残りほんのわずか…！！
オイル交換後にはＬＥＤへの交換作業。
今回はフロント、サイド、リアのウィンカーと
テール、ブレーキランプをオレカさんのもので(^^)
フロント、サイドウィンカーはインナーライナー外しての作業です。
バルブ交換なら外さなくても交換可能ですが
抵抗を取り付けるため配線の加工がしやすいように(^^)
テール周りはラゲッジのトリムを外し、抵抗の配線を延長し
放熱性の良い場所へ逃がしておきました。
抵抗は手で持てないぐらいかなり熱を持ちますので、トリム内側へ無理やり押し込むのは。。。
結構心配ですね(^^;
全て組付け後。。。点灯確認！
ウィンカーの点くタイミングとシャッターのタイミングが少し難しかったりします！笑
もちろんバッチリです！！
最後にインテークダクトを外してバッテリー、サーモスタットの交換。
こちらが取り外したサーモスタットです。
よく見るとちゃんと閉じきれてないのが分かります。
これがオーバークールの原因です。
ひどいモノはもっと開いている場合もあります。
こちらが新品(^^)
ちゃんとピッタリ閉じきってますね！
走行距離関係なく月日が経つとヘタリが出てくるので
街中走行は水温上がってるのに、高速走ると一気に５０〜６０度まで下がる…という方は交換が必要です。
サーモの交換後、バッテリーも交換して作業完了！！
この後試乗して異常がないことを確認して御納車となりました！
